To register on the Fort Meade Alliance’s secure web site, the following information must be provided:

All registrations and payment will be validated and a confirmation email will be sent as notification for complete and approved attendance before 20 August.

Please note the following:
1.    We anticipate broad community participation as attendees.
2.    Register via the FMA’s secure web site or by calling the FMA office 410-222-7410.
3.    All payments via credit card. Checks and cash will not be accepted.
4.    Non-U.S. Citizens may be able to attend as long as they meet the reservation requirements and the NSA approves the individual for attendance. All non-U.S. citizen registrants must submit completed registration by 15 August. There will be NO last minute registration or substitutions for non-U.S. citizens for the Reception.
5.    All registration and payment must be received and validated by 20 August.
6.    Registrants will be notified via email as approved and confirmed for attendance.
7.    No attendee substitutions permitted after 20 August.
8.    No payments will be received at the door.
9.    No walk-in registrations will be permitted at the reception.
10.    Attendees will enter NSA through the Canine Road entrance and will pass through a Vehicle Check Point. Parking will be near the OPS-2B Building.
11.    A valid Federal or State Government issued Photo ID must be presented at the guard entrance gate and at the registration table at NSA OPS 2B.
12.    Plan to arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to the event start to pass through the check-in processes.
13.    NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES will be allowed in the building. Leave all electronic devices in your vehicle.
14.    There will NO EXCEPTIONS to these requirements.
