FMA’s Meade Business Connect (MBC) Committee has developed a program focused specifically on the mentorship of micro business leaders within FMA’s membership. Kicked off in September 2022, the goal of the Micro Business Mentorship Program is to support the industry bench depth that the community needs and to assist in the development of new and young businesses by getting the chance to meet and network with large business hosts.
Session 1 was presented by Rob Harrison and Victoria Wentz of iNovex and James Park Sagecor Solutions. Session 2 was presented by Trevor Baumgartner of Clarity and Jennifer Walker of Resolute Technology.
