We then recommend a training strategy that is, by design, uniquely structured to ensure that our client’s business performance objectives are met. We provide training in-person, online and virtually. Training is facilitated by our professional instructors who have years of experience in teaching working adults. Content includes organization-relevant examples, role plays, case studies, and more. All of our customized courses incorporate adult learning principles, are highly interactive, and are directly and immediately applicable to the workplace.

FMA members receive:

The Center for Entrepreneurial & Business Excellence offers an assessment with the intent of supporting the entrepreneur in assessing the strengths and opportunities for improvement of the individual entrepreneur and/or founding team, developing the opportunity, analyzing the marketplace and competition, and constructing a sustainable business model. At the end of the assessment, an Entrepreneurial Assessment report is produced as a result of the partnership between the entrepreneur and the coach to help and guide the entrepreneur and coach on their journey through the entrepreneurial process utilizing the curricula and services offered by HCC and the Center For Entrepreneurial & Business Excellence.

Training and Development Solutions offers all potential clients an initial needs assessment to learn about your business, people, and culture, assess the situation, and discuss specific goals, and performance improvement objectives. Once we have completed the assessment, we use the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) model to ensure the highest quality of course analysis, design, development and delivery methods to provide effective, relevant, and customized training for your employees.
