From race, gender and religion to socio-economic status and neuro-diversity, there are many ways to measure diversity in the workforce. To meet the critical threats of the future, we need to dispel the myth of the monolithic cyber expert and actively recruit and encourage individuals from a range of backgrounds and perspectives. What steps must we take now to ensure that we incorporate greater diversity into the workforce?
