For the second time this year, the FMA presented to Anne Arundel County Public Schools students on the topic of Women in STEM — and what a turn-out! Held on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at Southern High School, the five guest panelists — Roxanne Wood of Boeing Intelligence & Analytics, Logan Thompson of BigBear.ai, Kathy Daumer of Monarch Strategies, Tyler Evangelista of United States Space Force and Erica Dobbs of Dobbs Defense Solutions — shared their individual journeys as they built their career paths in STEM-related industries while emphasizing the importance of mentorships, including the impact their own mentors have made.
