The Meade Business Connect (MBC) Committee has developed a program focused specifically on the mentorship of micro business leaders within FMA’s membership.

The goal of this program is to support the industry bench depth that the community needs and to assist in the development of new and young businesses by getting the chance to meet and network with large business hosts. Companies must complete an application to be reviewed by the MBC Committee in order to be selected to participate.

Program Format

The format includes one cohort of 8-15 companies that meet roughly every 3-4 weeks for a series of content sessions in the late afternoon throughout the year. Meetings begin in late September and end in the beginning of June. Meeting locations would rotate and be hosted at large business members.
