The Meade Business Connect (MBC) Committee has developed a program focused specifically on the mentorship of micro business leaders within FMA’s membership.
The goal of this program is to support the industry bench depth that the community needs and to assist in the development of new and young businesses by getting the opportunity to meet and learn from large business hosts. Companies must complete an application to be reviewed by the MBC Committee in order to be selected to participate.

Program Format
The format includes one cohort of 8-15 companies that meet roughly every 3-4 weeks for a series of content sessions in the late afternoon throughout the year. Meetings begin in late September and end in the beginning of June. Meeting locations would rotate and be hosted at large business members.
The 2022-23 class kicked off in September 2022.
Applications for next year’s program will be accepted in August 2023.
If you have an interest in learning more about this new initiative, contact FMA’s General Manager Tim O’Ferrall (director@ftmeadealliance.org).
