The Rising Stars Network (RSN) Committee is offering a Mentorship Program for our region’s future leaders under the age of 35.
Mentorship programs are an important part of our strategy to reinvest knowledge and strengthen our region. Each identified mentor has agreed to commit their time to mentoring three different individuals. Each mentee will meet with their mentor three times for one hour over the course of four months. In addition to anything specific a mentee would like to discuss, mentors will share insights about industry, their own career path and what they believe brings career success.
Program Format
A total of 17 mentors are confirmed for 2023. Each mentee application will be reviewed by the RSN Mentorship Program subcommittee. Scheduling mentorship meetings and other features will be available through a user-friendly online platform.
