On March 22, FMA’s Rising Stars Network (RSN) hosted the second Executive Speakers Series, a three-part program where seasoned executives from multiple industries speak candidly about their executive experiences as they support the growth of Fort Meade’s future leaders.
Introduced by the series’ first speaker Roxanne Wood of Boeing Intelligence & Analytics, John McBeth of McBeth, Inc. spoke about the value of integrity in the workplace and its impact on leadership and high-performance teams, a very relevant topic that the audience embraced.
“John McBeth shared the principles that were the drivers of his success and how he maintained a constant vision of improving both himself and the organizations that he built,” said RSN Committee Chair Ryan Haussmann of Sandy Spring Bank.
Ryan Miller of Critical Functions who attended the event said, “What an incredible opportunity in the perfect setting to hear from John McBeth. John’s message about integrity, excellence and purpose was timely and it clearly resonated with the attendees.”
Thank you, Roxanne and John, for taking the time to invest your experience and insight into the next generation of workforce in the Fort Meade region. A shout-out to Jim Weyant of CACI International, Inc. for hosting the event location and for your warm welcome. And very special thanks to our event sponsors, Black Eagle Defense, Boeing Intelligence & Analytics and Leidos — thank you for supporting the interests of FMA’s Rising Stars!
