We are incredibly fortunate to have counted Penny Cantwell as a vital member of the Alliance for nearly 20 years. Her passion for education and workforce development helped make the Fort Meade Alliance a regional powerhouse. We are forever grateful for Penny’s service and wish her all the best as she retires from the FMA and FMA Foundation Boards, as well as steps down as Chair of the Education and Workforce Development Committee. Penny has truly set the bar for what it means to be an FMA leader and community volunteer.
