The Rising Stars Network (RSN) began the second year of their Executive Speakers Series Thursday, December 8, 2022. Learning from the authentic experiences shared by Leidos leadership, the discussion focused on multiple change management topics. RSN committee member Tiffany Tong introduced guest speakers Jeff Hamstra, Scott Lindberg and Jack Terry before the panel discussion began. Topics included how to find the opportunities that are embedded in change, why transparent communication is vital when things are changing and how to support staff with their individual responses to the dynamics of change. After answering several questions, the time was open for networking opportunities.
