On March 12th, the NextGen Leaders joined with AFCEA Central Maryland’s Emerging Leaders to host their second annual Shamrock Soirée at Kelsey’s Restaurant in Ellicott City. The sold-out event welcomed young professionals from across the Fort Meade region for an evening of networking and camaraderie.

The NextGen Leaders Planning Committee, led by Chair Brandon Tipton of Praxis Engineering, is already looking ahead to next year’s joint event while continuing to expand programming for 2026.
