Join us online on March 16, 3:30 p.m. for our monthly Meade Business Connect (MBC) Meet-Up for a brief overview of the MPO cost volume development process jointly presented by Paul Gentile of Panther, LLC, Donna Levin of OnPoint Solutions, LLC and Virginia Snakenberg of Vincia Consulting. Participants will learn how the contract type determines the cost or price response required, review the individual cost elements that form the basis of the proposed price and discuss common cost strategies and competitive scenarios. At the end of the session, participants will have gained an understanding of the basic skills needed to prepare a compliant and compelling cost volume.

This event is for FMA members only. There is no cost to attend, but registration is required.
