Join us online on March 16, 3:30 p.m. for our monthly Meade Business Connect (MBC) Meet-Up for a brief overview of the MPO cost volume development process jointly presented by Paul Gentile of Panther, LLC, Donna Levin of OnPoint Solutions, LLC and Virginia Snakenberg of Vincia Consulting. Participants will learn how the contract type determines the cost or price response required, review the individual cost elements that form the basis of the proposed price and discuss common cost strategies and competitive scenarios. At the end of the session, participants will have gained an understanding of the basic skills needed to prepare a compliant and compelling cost volume.

About Our Guest Speakers

Paul Gentile is the Founder of Panther, LLC where he provides professional consulting services in the pursuit and growth of new business focusing on the MPO market. Prior to being a independent consultant, he was a Senior Intelligence Community Executive with over 45 years of experience with accomplishments in effectively growing and managing increasing profit and loss centers. Responsibilities included the identification, capture and proposal preparation of increasing size and complexity, as well as the oversight of program execution in support of his customer’s SIGINT and cyber missions.

Donna M. Levin is the CEO/Principal Consultant of OnPoint Solutions, LLC. OnPoint Solutions has been providing government contract finance, accounting and proposal support services since November 2009. The company has a portfolio of more than 50 small and large business clients, the majority of whom are located in the Baltimore/Washington metro area. Immediately prior to launching OnPoint Solutions, Donna served as the Director of Finance and Contracts for GovCon firms Pyxis Engineering, LLC (2007-2009) and PROTEUS Technologies (2003-2007). In both roles, she was responsible for establishing, implementing and scaling the administrative and financial infrastructure to accommodate rapid expansion and revenue growth. Pyxis’ growth trajectory, coupled with the company’s increased revenue and outstanding financial performance, culminated in the sale of Pyxis Engineering to Applied Signal Technology in September 2009 and the beginning of Donna’s consulting career.

Virginia Snakenberg is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Vincia Consulting, a Contract Acquisition Advisor providing strategic business and proposal support services to the Defense Industrial Base. Virginia began her government contracting career by bringing her passion for helping others, entrepreneurial spirit and financial background and applying it to the government contracting industry as a Business Strategist and Chief Financial Officer. From humble beginnings growing up on a farm in the Midwest, struggling to survive in a 3rd world country to putting herself through college, Virginia developed a passion for excellence which fuels her personal desire to continuously grow, excel and succeed.
