Our online MBC Monthly Meet-Ups resume on September 21, 2022 at 3:30 p.m. after taking a summer break. In this session, we’ll meet with Rob Harrison of iNovex and Tiffany K. Tong of Leidos to discuss the current Fort Meade business climate, including procurement and what your company should know about business with the Fort Meade customers.

About Our Guest Speakers
Rob Harrison started with iNovex nearly ten years ago and has served the company in many different roles during the past decade, including associate levels of recruiting and business development. Not too long after rising to Director of Business Development, Rob was earned his current role as Chief Growth Officer (CGO) role. He quickly leveraged his access in the community, knack for qualifying new business opportunities and ability to survey customer needs and industry partners to build competitive teams that have led to numerous prime contract wins supporting the MPO Customer. In addition to his leadership in identifying and shaping new business pursuits, Rob is often lending a hand in other areas of business operations.
Tiffany K. Tong is a Business Development/Capture Manager at Leidos, supporting their Intelligence Group’s Cyber & SIGINT Solutions division. She previously was the Director of Business Development & Strategic Capture at a SDVOSB providing focused Defensive Cybersecurity expertise for IC and DoD clients. Tiffany began her career serving as a Federal Government civilian. As a DoD Contracting Officer/Specialist, she supported several mission directorates from an acquisition perspective and participated in multiple organizational initiatives. Since then, Tiffany has worn many hats for both small and large companies, giving her a well-rounded perspective on several topics. Tiffany continues to support in leadership roles for AFCEA International, AFCEA Central Maryland, Fort Meade Alliance Rising Stars, among additional non-profit organizations. She holds a B.S. in International Business from the University of Maryland, College Park, as well as M.A. in Government and M.B.A. from the Johns Hopkins University.
