Meade Business Connect – Teaming, Subcontracting & Contract Execution

The FMA’s Meade Business Connect Committee is hosting a small group discussion with two leaders from our region on teaming, subcontracting and contract execution. We will focus on both front-end teaming and on back-end contract execution. We will also address what prime contractors look for when building teams, getting teammates under a subcontract, and then what the prime/Government expect from great subcontractors during execution.
