FMA members met at Lockheed Martin on January 31, 2023 for the Rising Stars Network (RSN) Executive Speakers Series to learn more about Women in Leadership. Guest Speaker Latisha (Tish) Rourke, Vice President of the Cyber and Intelligence (C&I) market segment within the Lockheed Martin Rotary and Missions Systems (RMS) business area, was introduced by FMA Executive Committee Member Roxanne Wood of Boeing Intelligence & Analytics. Tish shared her 30+ years of experience on several topics, including setting expectations, effective key leadership traits, work-life balance and perceptions about women in the workplace. Tish also generously talked about one her own personal challenges she’s faced as a woman in leadership, how she overcame it and what she would have done differently.
