The Fort Meade Alliance is seeking employers for our Career Transition Program Hiring Event on May 8 from 9am to 3pm at Live! Casino & Hotel. This unique event, which in partnership with Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corp. and Howard County Workforce Development, will facilitate meaningful connections between employers and the military community.
We have recently expanded the scope of eligible job seekers for the program beyond transitioning military members, their spouses, and recently separated service members. The program now also includes Federal Civilian employees with TS/SCI clearances—both those currently employed and those who have recently separated from their civilian roles.
Employers will gain access to a diverse pool of talented individuals, who are actively seeking employment, offering a range of skills and experiences that can benefit your business. This is more than just a job fair; it is an exclusive chance to have one-on-one interviews with local military veterans and their spouses through scheduled appointments during the day. The cost to participate is $500.
