On May 8, the Fort Meade Alliance hosted its second Career Transition Program (CTP) at Maryland Live! Hotel & Casino, bringing together transitioning servicemembers, veterans, military spouses, and cleared federal workers with FMA member employers. The event, held in partnership with the Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation and the Howard County Office of Workforce Development, facilitated over 100 interviews. Several candidates left with offers for continued discussions, and all participants had access to free professional headshots to support their job search.
