Project SCOPE Middle School is underway for the 2025-2026 school year. FMA successfully kicked off this year’s program at Lindale Middle School, reaching nearly 300 7th graders.

Students explored real-world career possibilities, responsible behaviors, and key skills for a successful middle school career. A special thank you to our returning volunteer, Carly Danek of Lockheed Martin, who helped make these sessions impactful.
Project SCOPE’s next stop is Arundel Middle School with several more schools scheduled for October.
As the program continues to expand, we are actively seeking cleared professionals from all industries to volunteer their time and share their career journeys.
