The FMA’s NextGen Leaders kicked off the fall season with the first Pathways to Success panel on October 9th, where industry leaders from Amentum, RealmOne, and Nexxis Solutions, along with moderator Kathryn Reitenbach of EverWatch, shared insights on growing from subcontractor to prime within the IC ecosystem. Sponsored and hosted by RealmOne, the event offered valuable guidance and meaningful networking opportunities for young professionals.
On November 6th, NextGen Leaders gathered for Unlock Your Voice, a public speaking workshop led by Rachel Adams of Howard Community College, who provided practical strategies for effective communication in meetings, presentations, and networking. With support from Reflexive Concepts and COPT Defense Properties, the workshop created a welcoming space for members to strengthen their public speaking skills.
