On Wednesday, June 17th attendees gathered at the Fort Meade Alliance Annual Meeting & Cocktail Reception at the Maryland Jockey Club | Laurel Park. Remarks by FMA President, Roxanne Wood highlighted the FMA’s positive impact in the Fort Meade community creating stronger workforce pipelines, supporting military families, and expanding opportunities for students and businesses. The evening recognized retiring board members Shana Cosgrove and Jack Terry who have been instrumental to the FMA’s success. Other highlights included the election of new board members and remarks from Garrison Commander Colonel Yolanda Gore. The Kenneth O. McCreedy Scholarship was also presented to Lola Ayodeji and Madison Perkins of Meade Senior High School.
