Strengthening Connections at Fort Meade Through the Resiliency Calendar

A new calendar feature has been added to the Resiliency Portal, creating a centralized place for community members to discover events, programs, and resources available both on and around Fort Meade. The enhancement, developed by RealmOne, was made possible through funding secured by the Fort Meade Alliance Foundation in support of ongoing efforts to improve access to information and strengthen community connections.

The calendar collects upcoming events from organizations throughout the area, making it easier for service members, families, civilians, and veterans to stay informed and engaged. From workshops and resource fairs to cooking classes and concerts, the calendar provides a convenient way to explore what’s happening in the Fort Meade community. Nearly all events are offered at no cost to participants and are designed to support the well-being and resilience of the Fort Meade community.

Accessible through both the Resiliency Portal website and interactive kiosks located at key locations on Fort Meade, the calendar allows users to view and register for upcoming events in real time. By offering a shared platform for local and government organizations, it also supports greater collaboration and helps increase awareness of the many events and opportunities available to the community.

As participation continues to grow, the calendar has become a valuable resource for staying connected at Fort Meade.
